Sharon Coleman discovered her love of photography at a very young age, playing with her father's 35mm camera. In later years, she became very busy raising a family of her own and taking beautiful photographs of her three children, documenting their lives as they grew. When her children began to "leave the nest", she made a decision to follow her passion and return to school for photography. She graduated with honors from Rhode Island School of Photography in 1994 and opened her own portrait studio in 1996. After renting studio space for 7 years, her dream of owning her own studio was realized when she purchased a home in Wrentham in 2003. She transformed the attached garage into a spacious portrait studio, complete with a north facing window providing beautiful natural portrait lighting. In addition, her home is on 2 acres of magnificant grounds including stone walls, apple trees, and wildflowers making a gorgeous setting for portraits in all four seasons.

Sharon invited Tracey Phillips in 1998 at her family reunion. (They are 2nd cousins!) Sharon noticed Tracey was doing a fabulous job of gathering families together for photographs. She truly loves people and has incredible energy and imagination. Sharon invited Tracey to come work with her, later sending her to the New England Institute of Professional Photography to catch up on the technical aspects of photography.

Since 1998 Sharon and Tracey have worked together as a creative team, providing a special and caring personal touch to their photography. Their goal is for people to enjoy themselves and have fun resulting in natural and relaxed expressions. They have a great love of people and their families. This warm relationship has brought clients back to them over and over through the years becoming like family.
